About Research and Development
Since our founding, we have been conducting research into the future of the intestines
Nihon Bio has a proven track record since its founding in 1975. It has continued to research and develop lactic acid bacteria production substances. Its products are manufactured by a leading Japanese research institute recognized by academic societies around the world. As a pioneer in the research of lactic acid bacteria production substances, Nihon Bio has collaborated with various research institutes, including universities, and has continued to emphasize how important lactic acid bacteria production substances are for good health through presentations at prestigious academic conferences.

Japan Bio's Challenge, Rooted in Local Communities and Technology
In 2008, in order to focus on creating safer, cutting-edge products, the old research laboratory was closed and the new Kyushu Development Laboratory was established and relocated to Ureshino City, Saga Prefecture. Cutting-edge equipment, advanced technology, outstanding wisdom, and tireless efforts have made it possible for Japan Bio to produce "lactic acid bacteria-produced substances" and "lactic acid bacteria-fermented grapes" that surpass any known lactic acid bacteria-related substances.
In 2016, we opened the Koshu Lactic Acid Bacteria Fermentation Plant in Koshu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, the home of lactic acid bacteria fermented grapes.
We have introduced cutting-edge production equipment and dramatically increased our production capacity for "lactic acid bacteria fermented grapes."

The effects of lactic acid bacteria products have been known for a long time, but the cultivation techniques for lactic acid bacteria products fell into disuse during the chaos at the end of the war and were in danger of disappearing for a time. However, we were convinced that the age of biogenics would surely come, and as a result of our efforts to improve bacterial research and cultivation techniques, we have succeeded in commercializing an unprecedented multifunctional health food.
Although medical science has made remarkable progress in recent years, it is still true that many people suffer from high blood pressure, high blood sugar, malignant tumors, allergies, and illnesses of unknown cause.
We are proud to deliver lactic acid bacteria production substances, the crystallization of Japan Bio's wisdom.
